Bulk Order Devices

A best practice we recommend is to bulk order devices to your office location and assign them to patients in the office during visits. Use the following steps to bulk order devices:

  • Select the Device Management Dashboard 
  • Select the Add Device button at the top right
  • Select the Order Device button 
  • This pulls up the Order Device menu, which includes:
    • Manufacturer
    • Device Type
    • Quantity
    • Onboarding Manager
    • Shipping Address
  • Select the appropriate Manufacturer and Device Type from the drop-downs
  • Use Quantity to enter the number of devices to order
  • Select Practice under Onboarding Manager
  • Select the office location under Shipping Address
    • Use Settings>Groups>Details>Addresses to add or update a Shipping Address
  • Click Submit Order

The Tracking Information will be available and the order will be automatically processed in the GatherMed Platform.
