How To Register Garmin Device

    Step 1 - Download the Garmin Connect Mobile App

    Step 2 - Connect To Your Patient Profile 

    • Request a patient profile from your provider - this should be sent by your provider to your personal email
    • The email will be from support and the subject will be New Patient Invite
    • Check spam folder if you haven't received it yet
    • The email will include a link to the Registration Page and your Patient Code 

    • Click the link below the Register at to open the Registration Page 
    • Below is an example of the Registration Page 

    • Fill out the information and create a password
    • If the Patient Code doesn't automatically display, please copy it from the email

    Step 3 - Connect Your Garmin Device

    • On your Patient Profile, select the Gear Icon at the top right

    • Scroll down to the section labeled Apps
    • Select the +Garmin button 
    • Sign into your Garmin account and follow the instructions to complete setup 
    • In the Garmin App, select More on the bottom right
    • Scroll down and select Settings 

    • On the Settings Tab, select Connected Apps 
    • From Available Apps, select GatherMed
    • Make sure all the settings are on (blue)

Step 4 - Check Your Device Connection

  • Return to your Patient Profile
  • Select the Gear Icon at the top right
  • Scroll down to the Apps section 
  • Make sure it says Garmin Linked
