Common Platform Issues

After a software update to the GatherMed Platform, there are rare occurrences where:

  • Patients will not display in the system 
  • Logging into the platform doesn't work 
  • Orders are not processing

If you are having these issues, please try the options below to reset the GatherMed Platform. 

Clear Browser Cookies for Google Chrome

  • Go to Google Chrome Browser
  • Select the 3 dots on top right
  • Select Settings from the Menu 
  • Select Privacy & Security from the Options on the Left 
  • Clear Browsing Data
  • Select Cached Images & Files 
  • Select Cookies and other Site Data
  • Select Clear Data

Clear Local Storage on Google Chrome 

This troubleshoot can be more technical, let us know if you need any assistance.

  • Right-click anywhere in the GatherMed Platform
  • Scroll down and click the Inspect option 

  • This opens Chrome DevTools 
  • From the top row of the Chrome DevTools, select the Application Tab

  • Select the drop-down arrow next to Local Storage 
  • Once the drop-down is selected, care.gathermed will appear below Local Storage
  • Right-click care.gathermed and then select Clear

  • Once you have completed these steps, close out your browser and login to the GatherMed Platform again
