Deactivate a Device

If a patient has returned their device, it can be recycled and used for other patients who want to enroll in the platform. Use the following steps to deactivate a patient’s device:

  • Go to Patient Profile
  • Select the Readings tab
  • Find the appropriate device and select Deactivate Device
  • If you no longer wish to have this device associated with this patient, select Unassign Device
