Order Device and Ship to Patient

With the GatherMed Platform, you don’t have to wait for a patient visit to enroll eligible patients. Patients can be enrolled and devices can be shipped directly to the patient’s address on file. 

Use the following steps to Order Device for a patient:

  • Enter the Patient Profile
  • Select the Add Device button from the top right menu
  • From the Add Device menu, select Order Device button 
  • This opens the Order Device menu with the following options:
    • Manufacturer
    • Device Type
    • Onboarding Manager
    • Shipping Address
  • Select the appropriate Manufacturer and Device Type from the drop-down
  • Use the Onboarding Manager to decide if the clinic or GatherMed will teach the patient how to use the device once it is received 
  • Select the patient’s Physical Address from the Shipping Address drop-down
  • Select Submit Order to complete the order
