Patient Profile

The Patient Profile has six tabs:

• Details
• Settings
• Readings
• Encounters
• Compliance
• Alerts

Details

Details tab includes all relevant patient information entered while adding the patient, such as:

• Patient Details
• Contact Methods
• Addresses

Settings

Settings tab is used to add or update:

• Reading Ranges
• Unenroll Patients
• Supervising Provider

Readings

Readings tab is where all device readings will be displayed, this information includes:

• Device Details
• Reading Details
• Reading Charts
• Device Deactivation 

Encounters

Encounters tab includes all logged interactions with the Patient Profile by all users, such as:

• Record Encounter
• Check or update past encounters

Compliance & Alerts

Compliance tab and Alerts tab are used to monitor and manage Patient Alerts.

• Compliance Alerts - alert to a patient who hasn't used their device as scheduled
• Medical Alerts - alert to patient who is outside of the set Reading Ranges
