Blood Pressure Device No Readings

If you have assigned a blood pressure device but the patient's readings are not showing up properly, please try the following steps.

Check Device Status

  • Go to Device Management tab
  • Look for the device that is assigned to that patient
  • Under the Status tab, check to see if device says Active or Unassigned

Change Unassigned Device

  • If the device is Unassigned, go to the Patient Profile
  • In the Patient Profile go to the Readings Tab 
  • Select Deactivate Device
  • Select Activate Device that shows up next to the Deactivate Device button 

Check Device Status

  • Go back to the Device Management tab
  • Find the device on the list and make sure it says Active  when looking at the Status column 
  • The device is now actively assigned to the patient and new readings will show up on the Readings tab

Show Past Readings on Profile

  • If the patient has been taking blood pressure readings prior to fixing this device issue and they are not showing in the Readings tab, please Contact Support 
  • Support can rebroadcast these Blood Pressure readings to show on the Patient Profile
